1. i am so so sorry for the wait time on our threads, i know i say that a lot but modwork ATE ME the last week and a half and the wait has been extra long and i adore you too much to let that go unacknowledged

1. DARLING don't even worry about it! I'm happy to have all of our threads regardless of the pace, and honestly I was really impressed by the work you've been doing!! Everything's so lovely and well thought-out and there are even great pictures, my goodness. I got super excited when I saw all of it and that hasn't faded. I could never hold that against you even if I were so inclined, which I'm not because that would be terrible. Sometimes there's just other stuff you've gotta do, you know?

2. I'm 9001% down for that being suggested at some point because she would be Horrified even though it probably makes sense. she'd sooner take a knife to her own hand tbh but it'd bear discussion at least

I was tempted to respond to Lalli's network post as well once I saw it today, but I think since her log post already kind of screws up that timeline I'll just say she's been giving it some thought and they can discuss it later on since diving headfirst into new areas is not quite her thing. had to wait a day to make sure nothing crazy happened first because she ain't about that being creeped on by unseen entities life.

1. i just always want to make sure you know your cr is adored, i had this bizarre vestige dream a few weeks ago and one facet of it was that you dipped because you didn't think namine was wanted here or that you had cr that cared and so now i'm extra like !!!! about it, i know it's ridiculous fff

2. consider: a) she'd be more driven to succeed at healing if it's a friend's wound, and b) his roommate has healing magic if she doesn't succeed, so he's taken care of regardless. :')

1. AH goodness, how sweet!! ;A;/ See now I'm curious about the rest of that dream but IN ANY CASE I both very much appreciate your concern and want to tell you that it is unwarranted! While it is true that Naminé is the sort of character that has trouble getting threads and CR (introverts man, what are you gonna do) I have spent a very long time learning how to deal with those sorts of issues and can comfortably say I haven't dropped from a game for reasons like that in many, many years. Like. Ten years, probably, and even back then it was more losing interest in those games due to lack of traction than anything else. Aside from which I don't feel that way here in Vestige at all, so there Trace's subconscious!!! Just try to get rid of me. >:O ! I will cling to her precious CR with Lalli and the other folks here 'til it's pried out of my cold dead hands.

2. while both a and b are true there's also c which is: Lalli gets hurt because of her. Even temporarily, this is un!!acceptable!!!! Assuming she was convinced to try it she would be a guilty mess before, during, and after. Which honestly I'm down for so if you want them to duke it out over the matter whenever it comes up let's give it a go :|bb

1. the dream was honestly disappointing, a lot of it was vague I HAVE SO MUCH TO DO AT VESTIGE BUT IRL KEEPS DRAGGING ME AWAY stuff, i don't remember much aside from the namine thing and some super boring housekeeping stuff.

2. we could always have her try it on herself and it fails and he comes up with trying it on him to maybe motivate her, since some of his best magework has been in defense of someone he cares about.

1. laaame!! That sounds about right though, dreams about cool stuff always seem to end up focusing on the most boring aspects of them. :'C Not even any cool subconsciously creative ideas about future housekeeping decisions? for shame, trace's brain.

2.a. I'm pretty sure I've mentioned this in your presence before but holy crud the art from his canon is gorgeous, I love every bit of it that I see and am intensely jealous both on an artistic level and as an RPer. 2.b. That could also work, yeah! She did once smash someone's heart to protect someone else (without apparently meaning to) so the logic checks out tbh, no matter how reluctant she might be about it. Now we've just got to figure out a context. :|a We could do our own log some time if you want or try to work it into a month's mingle/events.

i love ssss's art, it's honestly gorgeous and i highly recommend reading it for that reason and many more.

we could plan for it sometime in the october mingle maybe? if he found her trying to practice it, asked for his help, or even mentioned wanting to work on it in some way.

Honestly it's on my list, but unfortunately my list of things to watch and or look at is stupidly long. I do nevertheless pine for the day when I will be able to examine such a glorious work of art in detail. it'll happen sometime!!! but when, it is a mystery

I'm game to try it out there if there's room, sure! I'm planning on her having at least one not-fun run-in with a ghost in the most recent mingle which will be Encouragement for her to practice later on, so that'll do nicely timeline-wise. She'll probably try on her own first (because what is having people around who are actually willing to help) so catching her's a perfectly acceptable option even if they don't happen upon the subject in any earlier threads
